Returns and Refund Policy
We hope that you will be delighted with your order from Livi & Belle, but if there is an occasion where you need to return an item, our return and refund policies are stated below.
Non-Personalised:
You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact us to arrange return and refund. We recommend that you send the item by a signed for service, in good packaging. The cost of return shall be borne by you.
Items are to be returned to: Livi & Belle, Mead Cottage, 38 The Mount, Fetcham, Surrey KT22 9EA.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Personalised:
We're very sorry, but due to the personalised nature of these items, we are unable to offer a refund unless they are faulty, this is in line with the Distance Selling Regulations.
Damaged or Faulty goods:
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, or had been damaged in transit please let us know as soon as possible (within 8 days of receipt). We can offer you either a direct replacement, or we can refund. If you choose to refund, please return the item, and once the item is returned to us the refund process will be actioned.
